ScrapAndMe - Challenge #49 - Use Pink

Hello Everyone!

It's time for another challenge at ScrapAndMe. This month in honour of breast cancer awareness month, our challenge theme is to use pink. This is an easy one everyone so I hope to see some of your beautiful entries there! For my DT work I have used ScrapAndMe collections "Little Cuties" and "Sentimentals". I have also use some beautiful wood embellishments from the Scrapiniec collection "Doily Lace".

I almost fell over yesterday when I looked outside and saw who was sitting there. It was Crazy Karen, my best bud! I haven't seen her in months and I had lost all hope that she was still alive.

Karen is the last remaining squirrel friend from when I moved here and gave them all names, so to see her there put the bounce back in my step! If you look closely, you can see a huge scar above her left eye, on her forehead. She was obviously hurt quite badly. What a trooper my best bud is! I love you girl!


Everyone meet Dasher! He might be my last baby for this season, baby number 18! I thought I would give him a Christmas name since he'll still be with me when I put up the Christmas decorations! Don't you just love his dirty face and wee pink nose, omg! So cute!

The people who found George tried to do a good thing and raise him on their own. Unfortunately, poor nutrition has now left George underweight and underdeveloped. He's tiny and frail, but he sure doesn't know that! He's quite the monkey in my baby jungle gym, so I have high hopes he will grow and thrive to be a big healthy boy. George is one of the lucky ones, many of these babies don't survive the good intentions of their finders. Today I am sharing this festive Christmas card featuring some stunning papers from the ScrapAndMe collection " Christmas Memories " and some gorgeous wood embellishments from Scrapiniec . ScrapAndMe products:          Scrapiniec products:    *** Yay, I finally got a little Christmas going on my patio! Anyone else got some pretty lights up yet? Last year for electricity, hoping to be solar for next year. Just some more experimenting with wood chews. I'll never buy another coloured one again. The dye was coming out and I ended up grabbing it away from him. Animal safe my ass, not unless you want your pet turning blue or orange! Lol. I've decided to make my own chew toys from now on.
